Wellness Unleashed LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates reachingeach.com and provides online webinar services, paid access to educational content, and related digital products (collectively, the "Services").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our Services, including registering for webinars, making purchases, accessing learning modules, or visiting our website. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we never have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information You Provide Directly

  • Identifiers and contact details: Name, email address, phone number (optional), and any other details you submit during webinar registration or purchase.
  • Commercial information: Payment details (processed securely via Zoho Checkout; we do not store full card numbers), purchase history, transaction amounts, and product details.
  • Account and profile data: If you create an account or are enrolled in Zoho Learn, we may receive or process username/email, enrollment status, and module access details.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Internet or electronic network activity: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referral sources, and interactions with our site (e.g., clicks on calls-to-action).
  • Tracking technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) and server-side Conversions API, to understand ad performance, track conversions from Meta ads, and enable retargeting. This may include capturing parameters like fbclid (click ID) for attribution.

Information from Third Parties

  • From webinar platforms (e.g., EverWebinar): Registration details and attendance data.
  • From payment processor (Zoho Checkout): Confirmation of successful payments and basic transaction metadata.
  • From advertising partners (e.g., Meta): Aggregated or matched data for conversion tracking when you interact with our ads.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, health data, precise geolocation) unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve the Services: Process registrations, deliver webinar access, create invoices in Zoho Books, enroll you in Zoho Learn modules, and send thank-you or access emails via Zoho Mail.
  • To communicate with you: Send transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations, login instructions), respond to inquiries, and (with consent where required) send marketing updates.
  • For advertising and analytics: Measure ad effectiveness via Meta Pixel and Conversions API, optimize campaigns, and show relevant ads on Meta platforms.
  • For business operations: Prevent fraud, debug issues, analyze usage trends, and comply with legal obligations.
  • To fulfill contracts: Process payments, manage customer relationships in Zoho CRM (Leads for registrants, Contacts for purchasers), and automate workflows via Zapier.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.

  • Service Providers and Processors: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the Services, including:
    • EverWebinar/WebinarJam (webinar hosting and registration).
    • Zoho One suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Learn, Zoho Mail) for CRM management, invoicing, learning access, and email delivery.
    • Zapier for workflow automation between these tools.
    • Meta (for Pixel and Conversions API) to enable advertising measurement and attribution. These providers are contractually obligated to use data only for the purposes we specify and to protect it with reasonable security measures.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) for essential functions, analytics, and advertising. The Meta Pixel tracks interactions on our site and shares limited data with Meta for conversion tracking and retargeting. We also use the Conversions API to send server-side events (e.g., purchases) to Meta for more reliable attribution, especially across domains or devices.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. For Meta advertising, you can opt out of certain targeting via Meta's ad preferences or your device's settings. Note that opting out may limit personalized ads but not core Service functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. For example:

  • Registration and purchase data: Retained for accounting, tax, and customer support purposes (typically 7 years or as required by law).
  • Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption for transmissions, access controls, secure hosting) to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt-out of certain processing (e.g., marketing emails via unsubscribe link; targeted advertising via Meta tools).
  • Under CCPA/CPRA (California residents): Opt-out of "sales" (though we do not sell data), request disclosure of categories collected/shared, and non-discrimination for exercising rights.
  • Under GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK residents): Additional rights to restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise rights, contact us at [Your Email Address] or [Your Mailing Address]. We respond within the timeframes required by law (e.g., 45 days under CCPA). Verification may be required.

8. International Data Transfers

If you are outside the United States (where our primary operations are based), your information may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) for transfers subject to GDPR.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe we have done so.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised version here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our site.
